The Chicks will kick off a fall headlining run to mark two decades since the trio’s “record-breaking” album, Taking the Long Way.

The Grammy-winning group, including five Grammys for the 2006 studio record, “will bring their powerhouse vocals and electrifying stage presence to intimate theatres across the U.S., honouring the enduring impact of the album that defined a generation, and celebrating the deep connection with their fans,” states a press release announcing the tour dates.

The Chicks will kick off the Taking the Long Way 20th Anniversary Tour on September 30 with a show at the Fox Theatre in Detroit, Michigan. Other destinations include Chicago, Illinois; Washington, D.C.; New York, New York; Nashville, Tennessee; San Antonio, Texas; Austin, Texas; Seattle, Washington; and San Francisco, California. The tour wraps up with back-to-back nights at Dolby Theatre in Hollywood, California.

While they're not bringing the tour to New Zealand, we've got your chance to see them performing with Tim McGraw, Lady A & more in Boston this July! All the details on how to get in the draw here.
