Kiwi fans will be able to watch the all-star Dolly Parton tribute special on Disney+ this month.
Disney+ has confirmed that CMA Presents I Will Always Love You: A Celebration of Dolly Parton will be available to stream in New Zealand from 2pm NZDT on Wednesday, 22 October.
The two-hour special celebrates the life, music and legacy of country music icon Dolly Parton, who passed away peacefully in Nashville, Tennessee, on 25 August at the age of 80.
The televised event will feature performances from some of country music's biggest names, including Carrie Underwood, Reba McEntire, Lainey Wilson, Kelsea Ballerini, Brad Paisley, Carly Pearce, Darius Rucker, Little Big Town, Ashley McBryde, Lady A, Vince Gill and Zac Brown.
Other performers announced for the special include Béla Fleck, Ella Langley, Kristen Bell, Kristin Chenoweth, Lukas Nelson, Molly Tuttle, Ricky Skaggs and Sierra Hull.
Amy Grant and Kimberly Williams-Paisley will appear as special guests, while a Belmont University student ensemble will perform in recognition of the "Dolly U" programme launched last year.
The Country Music Association has also teased additional surprise tributes throughout the broadcast.
"Dolly Parton belonged to the whole world, but she was born of this industry, and this industry owes her a debt of gratitude that words alone cannot repay," CMA CEO Sarah Trahern said.
The wait is nearly over for New Zealand fans, with the all-star Dolly Parton celebration set to stream on Disney+ from 2pm on 22 October.
