Kaylee Bell's Song For Shania is a tribute for, you guessed it, Shania Twain.
On her latest album, Cowboy Up, Kaylee made sure to pay homage to many of her musical heroes. Song for Shania is a heartfelt nod to the one and only Shania Twain, a major influence on Kaylee's musical journey.
This single is super special, it's all about my absolute admiration for Ms Shania Twain, who has been such an inspiration to me.
It’s both a tribute and a reminder of the power music has to shape identity; a love letter to a trailblazing icon who showed a Kiwi girl that anything was possible. Kaylee put it best in her lyrics:

Kaylee Bell is a New Zealand based independent country artist. With her music amassing over over 100 million global streams, she has solidified herself as one of the biggest country stars in Australasia. In 2023 she made history as the first Kiwi recipient of the Jeff Walker Global Country Artist Award in Nashville and as the first female country artist from Australasia to be awarded an ARIA GOLD award.
