Jenny Mitchell w/ Kasey Chambers 'Heart Like A House'

Dream come true for Jenny Mitchell, who's just released a duet of her song Heart Like A House with Kasey Chambers!

I wrote this song thinking about all the people I’m so lucky to get to make & tour music with & how important it is to me that they feel safe + welcome when we’re adventuring through life together. I was still settling into playing this song live when I started touring with Kasey last year & it began to mean more to me as every show went by. I began to feel so very much at home in Kasey & her team’s orbit. I’d just moved to a new country, was touring more often than I ever had before & lots of days felt like they were running at double speed. But I knew as soon as we pulled up at a venue, I was with a group of people who had each others back - & mine too. 

Thank you to my beautiful friend Brandon Dodd/Dingo for producing this version of Heart Like A House. To Jeff McCormack for playing on it & mastering it. To Joshua Rea on the heartbreakingly lovely cello, my co-writer & musical sis Tami Neilson & Josh Beveridge for capturing this moment for me.
