Jackie Bristow 'Let It Rain'
Jackie Bristow has released Let It Rain, an uplifting and deeply personal duet with her sister, Katrina Bristow.
The track, recorded in Aotearoa and produced in Nashville, marks an important return to home for the artist. The track features Jackie's sister, and whilst the sisters spent over a decade in their youth performing together, Let It Rain captures their voices side by side in the studio for the first time.
Let It Rain marks a beautiful milestone in my musical journey. It’s about choosing presence over fear. Surrendering to the goodness that still exists, even when the world feels heavy. There is nothing like standing beside your sister, singing with hearts wide open. We’re so lucky to share this moment together.
Jackie Bristow took her first musical steps as one half of The Bristow Sisters with her sister Katrina, playing in rodeos, carnivals, country music clubs, and competitions across New Zealand’s South Island. Her music combines entrancing, beautiful melodies with hooks that hypnotise, and demand complete surrender.
